• •You must wrap this content into a SKILL.md-compatible structure.
• •Add only what is strictly required by the Agent Skills specification (YAML frontmatter plus Markdown body).
• •Do not introduce additional explanations, commentary, or fields beyond what is necessary.
• •Preserve the original wording of the provided text as much as possible.

Output format

• •Output a single markdown code block containing a complete SKILL.md file.
• •The code block must start with valid YAML frontmatter, including:
  • •name: new-pi-agent-skill
  • •description: ... (a concise description of what this skill does)
• •The Markdown body must contain the minimally structured content derived from the user’s text.
• •Do not include any "[web:x]" links in the output.
