Verdict Rules

  • •PASSED: All gates passed.
  • •FAILED: Any gate failed with BLOCKER findings.
  • •NEEDS_REMEDIATION: Only MAJOR/MINOR findings remain.
  • •NEEDS_ADJUDICATION: A required decision is missing or confidence is LOW.
