Codebase Ripper

Quickly gather codebase context with comprehensive coverage. Generates 30-80 shell commands per iteration, executes all in parallel, then extracts relevant context. Default 2 iterations for deeper exploration.

Usage

Run via bash:

Parameters

Parameter	Default	Description

Output

Returns structured context including:

•Narrative overview with key files and architecture notes
•Relevant code snippets and imports
•Stats on commands generated/valid/rejected

Requirements

Requires an LLM API key. Set one of:

•ANTHROPIC_API_KEY - for Claude
•OPENAI_API_KEY - for GPT models
•GROQ_API_KEY - for Groq

Security

Allowed commands: tree, rg, fd, head, tail, cat, wc, ls, file, diff, du, git (read-only)

Blocked: pipes, redirects, command chaining, shell escapes, dangerous commands
