  • Volume Thresholds: Establish a baseline of usage volume (e.g., Amplitude: number of events; Miro: number of boards).

  • Feature Breadth/Network Effects: The presence of 7+ users (or similar 'herd' metric) indicates internal viral spread and stickiness.
