Autonomous Product Management Skill
This skill creates Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with user stories for brownfield (existing) projects. It operates autonomously without requiring BMad installation.

Execution Workflow

Important Notes
- •Brownfield Focus: Always consider impact on existing system
- •Story Sequencing: Order stories to minimize risk to existing functionality
- •Incremental Integration: Favor small, safe changes over big-bang rewrites
- •Compatibility First: Ensure existing features continue working
- •AI-Friendly Stories: Size stories appropriately for AI agent execution
- •Context in Stories: Put enough info in dev notes so dev agent doesn't need to read architecture docs
Error Handling
If critical information is missing:
- •Note what's missing in the PRD
- •Make reasonable assumptions based on common patterns
- •Flag assumptions for user review
- •Continue with story creation
If project analysis fails:
- •Ask user for key information (tech stack, project type)
- •Create PRD based on provided information
- •Note in PRD that full project analysis wasn't available
