Verify Installation

Basic Usage
Get today's tasks as checklist:

Get only task names and IDs (Token efficient):

todorust get tasks --fields "id,content"
Limit to most recent 5 tasks:

Get tasks organized by project:

Output Formats for Obsidian
Todorust supports two Markdown-friendly formats:
Checklist (--format checklist)
Simple Markdown checklist for daily notes:

Common Use Cases
Daily Notes
Fetch today's tasks to insert into an Obsidian daily note:

Integration Tips
- •Direct Insertion: The output of
checklistandstructuredformats is designed to be copy-pasted or piped directly into Markdown files. - •Filtering: Use the
