Output Structure

  • Market Definition — What’s in scope; geography, segment, vertical.
  • TAM/SAM/SOM — Total / serviceable / obtainable market; sources and assumptions.
  • Trends & Drivers — 3–5 trends (tech, regulatory, demand) and drivers of growth.
  • Competitive Landscape — Key players, positioning, and whitespace.
