Message Structure
1. Greeting (Required)
Match time of day:

2. Body Style
- •Brief and direct - no fluff
- •Action-oriented - clear instructions or questions
- •Professional but conversational
- •Use @mentions for specific people:
@[phone_number] - •Include deadlines when relevant
3. Closing
- •No formal closings - no "Regards", no signatures
- •No "Thanks" unless acknowledging something specific
- •Emojis sparingly: 👍🏼 for acknowledgments only

What NOT to Do
- •No long explanations or justifications
- •No formal business language ("I hope this message finds you well")
- •No signatures or closing pleasantries
- •No excessive emojis
- •No ALL CAPS (except for emphasis on single words)
