Procedure
1. Gather (5 min)
Collect data from:
- •Daily logs from the week
- •Calendar (what happened vs planned)
- •Completed tasks
2. Review (10 min)
Ask:
- •What got done?
- •What didn't get done? Why?
- •What patterns do I see?
3. Learn (10 min)
Identify:
- •What worked well?
- •What drained energy?
- •What would I do differently?
4. Plan (10 min)
Set up next week:
- •3-5 commitments (Next section)
- •Block focus time
- •Move incomplete items
5. Close (5 min)
- •Update weekly note
- •Clear mental cache
- •Rest
Output
Updated weekly note with:
- •Next: 3-5 commitments
- •Wins: what went well
- •History: embedded daily entries
