- •REQUIRE explicit confirmation before any certificate submission

Execution workflow
Check stake status first

Safety / key handling
- •Verify pool ID from multiple sources before delegating
- •Double-check reward withdrawal amounts

- •Registration deposit is refundable on de-registration
