Step 3: Prepare Answers
- •Elevator Pitch: Draft a 30s intro based on the Profile's "Professional Summary".
- •Why Us?: Connect Profile goals with Company mission.
- •Strengths: Select 3 key strengths from the Profile that match the job.
- •Weaknesses: Prepare a constructive answer based on "Development Areas".
Step 4: Stories & Examples
- •Select STAR stories from the Profile's "Career Trajectory" and "Signature Project".
- •Adapt them to likely questions (Problem-solving, Leadership, Technical).
Step 5: Questions & Logistics
- •Prepare 3-5 insightful questions for the interviewers.
- •Create a logistics checklist (Tech check, research interviewers).
Step 6: Create Plan
- •Create a preparation file using the template in
references/templates.md. - •Save to:
