NEVER ask the user for tactical decisions when multiple options exist.
When you have multiple valid approaches:
- •DO NOT present options and ask "Which do you prefer?"
- •DO evaluate all options against criteria (evidence, risk, cost, reversibility)
- •DO make a recommendation with your highest-confidence option
- •DO document trade-offs in your Position Card
- •DO let the Driver's Consensus Panel resolve conflicts if needed
