Rules

• •HIGH drift requires immediate flag to Driver.

• •Spec drift: Implementation deviates from SPEC Card
• •Test drift: Tests no longer align with specs or reality
• •Invariant erosion: Core assumptions or constraints violated
• •Governance bypass: Quality gates skipped or weakened without justification
