Draft an email to {{recipient}}:

  1. Search Gmail for recent correspondence with {{recipient}} to understand context
  2. Check TickTick for any tasks related to {{recipient}}
  3. Draft a professional, friendly email appropriate to the relationship
  4. Present the draft for {USER_NAME}'s approval
  5. Ask if {USER_NAME} wants to:
    • Send as-is
    • Edit and send
    • Save as draft in Gmail
    • Discard

Do NOT send without explicit approval. Always show the draft first.

If no context is found, ask {USER_NAME} for:

  • What's the purpose of this email?
  • Any specific points to include?
  • Tone (formal/casual)?
