Workflow

  1. Identify stakeholder goal and underlying need.
  2. Translate into scope: what’s in / out.
  3. Confirm constraints: timeline, budget, quality bar.
  4. Propose a plan: smallest next step + checkpoint.
  5. Communicate risks early with options, not excuses.
