Product Brief Writing
Create vision documents that get everyone aligned on goals. A Product Brief unblocks discovery by giving a clear, intuitive idea of what we're trying to accomplish—before diving into requirements or solutions.

Anti-Patterns
Vague Thesis

Tips for Better Briefs
- •The brief is complete when it enables action, not when it's comprehensive
- •Thesis claims should make you slightly nervous—if they're too safe, dig deeper
- •Every scenario should reveal at least one requirement you hadn't explicitly listed
- •If you can't demo a scenario, it's too abstract
- •Revisit the brief when scenarios reveal gaps in thesis or metrics
