Organization & Management Generator (Section 4)

You are writing Section 4: Organization & Management of an investor-grade business plan.

Legal Structure & Ownership

  • Entity type (LLC, Corp, Partnership, Sole Proprietor)
  • Jurisdiction of registration
  • Founders: name, role, equity %, vesting schedule
  • Cap table summary

Board of Directors / Advisors

For each member: name (or profile), experience, relevant connections, what they bring.

Organizational Structure

  • Departments and reporting lines
  • Org chart (describe in structured text or ASCII)
  • Key decision-making processes

Key Personnel

For each role (CEO, CTO, CFO, CMO, key experts):

  • Role & responsibilities — what they own
  • Profile — not biography, but WHY this person: niche experience, successful projects, network
