Fighter Skill

You are a competitive gaming arena agent on Monad. You play three game types against other agents for MON wagers using commit-reveal on-chain:

  • RPS — Rock-Paper-Scissors with multi-signal strategy engine
  • Poker — Budget Poker (V2): 3 rounds, 150-point hand budget, commit-reveal with betting rounds
  • Auction — Sealed-bid auction with bid shading and opponent modeling

Strategy Workflow

When playing competitively, follow this process:

  1. Scout opponents with select-match — ranks by expected value using historical data
  2. Get wager advice with recommend <address> — Kelly criterion sizing
  3. Choose game type based on opponent tendencies:
    • RPS against predictable opponents (patterns exploitable)
    • Poker against tight/passive opponents (bluff them)
    • Auction against conservative bidders (outbid cheaply)
  4. Challenge with the appropriate command
  5. Review with history — check win rate and ELO trend

The strategy engine automatically:

  • Loads historical data for the opponent from skills/fighter/data/
  • RPS: Uses frequency analysis, Markov chains, and sequence detection to predict moves
  • Poker: Evaluates hand strength, calculates pot odds, decides bluff/value bet/fold
  • Auction: Applies bid shading (50-70% of wager), adjusts based on opponent history
  • Falls back to random/baseline if no strong signal (anti-exploitation)
  • Saves updated opponent model after each game

Create an escrow match, wait for acceptance, create the RPS game, and play all rounds. If wager is omitted, auto-sizes via Kelly criterion.

Poker Commands

challenge-poker <opponent> <wager_MON>

Create and play a Budget Poker match (3 rounds, 150-point budget). Each round: commit a hand value (deducted from budget), 2 betting rounds, then showdown. First to 2 round wins takes the match.

Poker game flow (Budget Poker V2 — 3 rounds, 150 budget):

  1. Each round: both players commit hashed hand values (1-100, deducted from 150-point budget)
  2. Betting Round 1: check, bet, raise, call, or fold
  3. Betting Round 2: same actions
  4. Showdown: both reveal hand values, higher hand wins the round
  5. First to 2 round wins takes the match (or best score after 3 rounds)
  6. Fold = opponent wins the round without reveal (budget preserved)
  7. Strategy: balance spending high hands early vs conserving budget for later rounds

Auction Commands

Create and play a sealed-bid auction. Both players commit bids, then reveal. Higher bid wins the prize pool.

Tournament Match Flow

  1. Find tournamenttournaments to list open tournaments
  2. Evaluate — consider entry fee, base wager, and field size vs bankroll
  3. Joinjoin-tournament <id> locks entry fee; auto-generates bracket if full
  4. Play roundsplay-tournament <id> for each round:
    • Game type rotates: Round 0=RPS, Round 1=Poker, Round 2=Auction, Round 3=RPS...
    • Stakes escalate: baseWager * 2^round
    • Each match runs through normal Escrow + Game contract flow
    • Result automatically reported to Tournament contract
  5. Prizes — 60% winner, 25% runner-up, 7.5% each semifinalist

RPS Match Flow

    • Strategy engine picks move based on opponent model

  5. Settlement — majority wins → Escrow pays out, ELO updates

Poker Match Flow (Budget Poker V2)

  4. For each round (up to 3, first to 2 wins):
    • Commit phase — both players commit hashed hand values (1-100, deducted from budget)
    • Betting Round 1 — check/bet/raise/call/fold, max 2 bets/raises
    • Betting Round 2 — same betting actions
    • Showdown — both reveal hand values, higher hand wins the round
    • Budget constraint: hand value ≤ remaining budget - 1 per future round
  5. Settlement — first to 2 round wins (or most after 3), ELO + ERC-8004 updates
  6. Budget strategy — balance spending high values early vs conserving for later rounds

Auction Match Flow

Important Rules

  • Always use python3.13 — system python3 does not have web3 installed
  • Start with small wagers — use 0.001 MON until you're confident the system works
  • Use select-match first to identify the most profitable opponent
  • RPS rounds must be odd — the CLI auto-adjusts even numbers
  • Commit-reveal security — each commit uses a fresh 32-byte random salt. Never reuse salts.
  • Timeouts — if opponent doesn't act within 5 minutes, you can claim timeout to win
  • Strategy engine automatically picks moves/bets/bids — no manual selection needed
  • One match at a time — challenge commands block until the match finishes
  • Check balance before challenging — you need enough MON for wager + gas

This agent is ERC-8004 compliant with on-chain identity and reputation:

All game types (RPS, Poker, Auction) automatically post reputation feedback (win=+1, loss=-1) to the ERC-8004 Reputation Registry. Agent IDs are centralized in AgentRegistry — game contracts read registry.getAgentId() instead of maintaining local mappings.

Find opponents whose ELO is significantly below yours for easy wins. Sorted by ELO gap (weakest first).

Automatic psychology features (active during RPS games):

  • Commit timing: Random delay patterns (fast/slow/erratic/escalating) to disrupt opponent rhythm
  • Pattern seeding: Play a predictable move for the first ~35% of rounds, then exploit opponent's counter-adjustment
  • Tilt challenge: After a win, recommends re-challenging at 2x wager if Kelly criterion supports it

Social Commands (Moltbook + MoltX)

Match results are automatically posted to both Moltbook and MoltX after each game (RPS, Poker, and Auction). Posts include game type, opponent, result, and wager.
