- •Update Dashboard:

Dashboard.md. - •Add a bullet point under a "Recent Activity" heading with the filename and a summary.

- •Cleanup: Move the processed file from
Needs_Actionto theDonefolder. - •Report: Tell the user "Vault organized successfully."
