When invoked:

  • •Write MANIFEST.md (objective, scope, commands run, results, inventory)
  • •Copy in: playwright-report/, test-results/, screenshots/ if present
  • •Generate manifest.json with counts + hashes (if possible)

Never claim completion without artifacts present on disk.
